Founding Partner
Robert J. Garrison founded Garrison & Associates in 1989 with a singular mission: to provide aggressive, principled legal representation to individuals and businesses throughout the region. With over 35 years of trial experience, Robert has secured landmark verdicts in personal injury, criminal defense, and business litigation. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has been recognized as a Super Lawyer for fifteen consecutive years. Victoria A. Chen
Senior Partner
Victoria Chen joined Garrison & Associates in 2005 and was elevated to Senior Partner in 2014 in recognition of her exceptional litigation record. She leads the firm's family law and estate planning practices, bringing a rare combination of legal acumen and genuine compassion to every case. Victoria has been instrumental in developing the firm's mediation and collaborative law capabilities, often achieving favorable outcomes without the emotional and financial toll of protracted litigation. She serves on the board of the Family Law Section of the State Bar and is a frequent lecturer on custody and domestic relations topics.

Marcus D. Thompson
Associate Attorney
Marcus Thompson represents the next generation of Garrison & Associates' commitment to excellence. Since joining the firm in 2018, he has quickly established himself as a formidable advocate in real estate law and business transactions. Marcus manages complex commercial closings, resolves title disputes, and represents clients in zoning and land use matters with efficiency and precision. His background in corporate finance gives him a unique perspective on transactional work, enabling him to identify risks and opportunities that others might overlook. Marcus is an active member of the Real Property Law Section and volunteers with the local Legal Aid Society.
